Quantitative Analysis for Decision Making

In this course, the students will analyze the theoretical foundations of the decision-making process through quantitative methods, from a management perspective. They will examine the different types of forecasts and their uses in decision-making. They will employ different methods; explain them and interpret the results. Students will also examine various quantitative models and apply the simulation techniques for decision-making and problem-solving.
