If you can't post bail because you're an unemployed low life criminal tough shit, if you play stupid games you win stupid prizes, so don't commit arrestable offense type of crimes and you won't have to pay bail.

If a person is arrested because the District Attorney has substantial evidence that they're responsible for committing a crime that's considered an arrestable offense I truly believe they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent and in the way that the law was originally written. If a person doesn't want to sit in jail until trial then they must pay the set bail before they're released, it's part of the consequence for committing crime and breaking the law. Instead of always milking society, the County, State, and Federal Governments for things that are not earned but given, it's only right that a criminal contribute to the county and state by paying something like bail to get released until their court date. The rest of us that pay our taxes and contribute to society are not comfortable with our tax paying dollars paying officers extra to arrest people that should've been in jail 3 arrests ago, I'd rather have the tax dollars go to their incarceration because at least then they're off the street and they aren't stealing from or hurting hardworking innocent people and children
