Great idea. I would make mine with the side brushes closer to clean the whole boot at once.

It looks nifty, but do your boots have deep treads?
Do you think it would work on Hiking Boots with deep lug soles, if one limited the water to the bottom brush?
Getting up in between the lugs is the big problem I've run into, though I've not yet tried a wet-brush, nor anything with bristles as long as a push-broom has.
