So what's the best nail to use to frame a shed or deck with pressure treated lumber? Hot dip galvanized?

Built new bunks for alim boat out of alum. Someone told me it will eat holes in my boat, SO i try find out if I need to make new ones..I wrapped them in carpet .used Home depo treated 2x6 ? Do you think I should thow way build new bunks?
