I would recommend starting to trade planks a bit earlier, to set up apple orchards and other upgrades.

Love your videos! I didn't quite fancy the octagon shape though so I skipped the T-shapes on the cross and just made a simple + shape. That gives me both the chance to trace a circular form for the outer border and it makes it possible to snug it into an existing road bend. (The outer corners of the burial pits that go outside the octagon shape will otherwise be in the way.) Also, I only do the one circle around the mill but leave a few pixels distance for increased size. It can easily be smoothened out with ctrl+mousewheel before construction.

If you remake the road after the mill and such it will smoothen out, but i never added the second layer of road. After you do the roads to make the burgage plots you can remake the road* . I think.

you should look into a completely circle city i did that once before the patch and it was super efficient, market granaries church ect. in the very inner then normal houses the next circle out and them veg and orchards and then industry around the outside of the circle>

something i have noticed as well is people do a lot of standing around in the middle of tasks for some reason

Does the market in the other part of your town come to collect the apples and veggies from the brawndos, or do they just stay in 1 place?

No matter what i try can't get a snap point anywhere close to as small as you

If your buildings are stuck try to go and visit other regions.. it finishes the pending construction for me many times. Try that. Go away from your village for 30 secs or 1 mn.. n scroll back to your region.

weird . .the game does not give the option to place an apple orchard? i can only upgrade to lvl 2 house, which i dont want?

Why do so many Youtubers put farmland around their berries? what do you mean they are protected?

I just want them to setup seasonal worker shifts. Moving people to berry's, forester hut, and/or fishing is annoying.
