I went on an elemental diet for 2 weeks. Nothing but bone broth soups, carbs and proteins in shake form with Histidine HCL, digestive enzymes and bile salts. I drank cranberry juice and pomegranate juice (not concentrated) during that time and after as I transitioned into a diet that consist of ancient grains, brown, black and red rice, red quinoa, black olives, black, red and lentil beans, purple cabbage and purple onions, lots of fresh garlic and cruciferous vegetables. Vitamin C flushes, magnesium, zinc carsinone, and iodine, quercetin, resveratrol along with seeds and nuts for snacks with blackberry, cherries, blueberries and raspberries smoothies with almond milk and green banana. Lots of olive oil
I even made some in capsules with black seed oil and as of today my SIBO is 90% gone! More energy! No brain fog or body aches, I could cry tears of joy. I feel compelled to share my story because every item in my protocol was driven behind research that proved it to heal and restore the gut microbiome. I took my focus off of “killing Candida” and decided to live for me and as a reward I got my life back.

Thank you for this lecture :)

Thank you. When a person has Low Methanobrevibacter Smithii & Low Akkermansia Muciniphilia, is there a way to address this with diet verses Inulin and/or Berberine? There is diabeties in the persons' family. What is your recommendation for low Bacteroides Fragilis? Low Prevotella? Do we just use probiotics to address: Positive Escherichia/Shigella & Morganella Morganii & Klebsiella Pneumonia?
