What happens if you invite a team member to join your workspace who already has a paid ChatGPT account of their own? How does that get handled?

If you invite someone to your workspace who doesn't have a ChatGPT account already do they just sign up, join your workspace and then get all the access features of a Team account?

I need your help regarding one of my project of automation using Power automate.
I need to copy data from excel sheets and paste this data to Peoplesoft application specific folder.(I am new in the organization and previously employees used to copy every single cell and paste it to that particular cell in peoplesoft app. Now i want to automate the process). Be very careful with members of a Team Plan as they can invite other members and billing is automatic by OpenAI. You, as owner, are not notified nor can you confirm this increase in members, which means if you are on an annual billing, as is my case, they can add new, members in one day and change the invoice in such a way that you can no longer cancel it or get a refund for the billed amount.
