As I watching this I noticed the date of upload and I was thinking to myself "When are they going to mention an LGBT family, it's so topical with the referendum coming up so soon" and then that happened! Great video! Brilliantly executed!

My mother is Slovak and my father is Irish. We live in Slovakia. I identify as a pansexual. On the 7th of February there was a referendum in Slovakia (3 questions 1st marriage equality 2nd adoption rights 3rd sex-ed) the referendum was pointless as the results (even if they were valid, which they weren't as not enough people voted) would not have a final say in the decision the parliament made. I really hope that at least one of my home countries has enough sense to see that Love is Love and no matter whom I love i should be able to have the right to declare my love for them in front of my family and the state should recognise that.

I like this video a lot. It's very sweet and natural. Sometimes, with BuzzFeed's videos, they seem a bit put up. But, with this one, it's just people expressing their love for their family and their hopes for their future. It's perfect :) I think everyone should have hope in their lives ending up some version of "perfect". Perfect being what suits them and would make them exceptionally content in life, or feel complete. And sharing your life with someone is one of those things that people enjoy doing. It's good to have hope in that.
