As the Afghan government and the Taliban talk 'peace', under a US-led meeting in Doha earlier this year, recent attacks in Kabul and other parts of Afghanistan have cast doubt in restoring peace & end decades of war. The latest terror attacks have not being claimed by the Taliban, but by ISIS. Islamic State Khorasan Province known as ISKP or IS-K is the branch of ISIS operating in Afghanistan. Security analysts also believe that ISKP’s top leadership has been infiltrated by Pakistani intelligence groups. Pakistan has been supporting Afghan militants for a long time for their sinister goals.
