horrible dryer, it may look big but if you put 2 sets of queen sheets, it turns them into a ball all tangled up. I have to separate them at least 3x during a one hour cycle. I think they tumble only one way it should go forward and reverse to prevent that. also, towels and sheets take two cycles on heavy setting to dry, it takes forever. I hate this machine, I wish I could return it. I have had it for 8 months.

Nought an open box one with the physical buttons rather than this sort of touch sensitive one. And the top isn’t running. It says 1DC4 but the little rubber stopper that touches the door is in place. Going to call geek squad tomorrow.

I'm a technician specialists in Samsung washers and dryers and I can tell you as lond as you level the washer don't used powdered soap and do comforters at laundromat you will have washer and dryer for long time...

Buy a speed queen washer if you want something that will last 10 years or more. All of the rest of the machines have low reliabilty. Samsung reliability is near the bottom at Consumer Reports and other rankings.
