BMW were happy to work on it. Their system was down that day though. They recommended I take it to Toyota as they should be able to do engine maintenance for as long as the car is under 25K miles. Toyota told me they won't do that " the first owner did not sign up for that package". Then they quoted me 2 different prices for the oil change, so I did it myself.🙂

You can actually disable that feature it has where it locks up your brakes when the sensors detect something while backing up. Had to do it on my supra since it kept locking up leaving my driveway as well. you can find it in the settings in the infotainment system.

For the wind noise thing, theres some companies that make some sort of wind deflector that sits on the A pillar next to the side view mirrors. Don’t know if this is for the issue you explained, but might be worth looking at!

You can fix that wind buffeting for like 8 dollars. Look in the supra mkv forums.
I myself have tried it and the buffeting is completely gone.

The first thing about the car stopping with rear sensors can be disabled in settings, that's what I did on mine.

Yeah the window thing is just aerodynamics. It just looks so good though

There's a very cheap (or expensive if you get the carbon fiber) add-on that you can buy that gets rid of the wind buffeting. It's definitely a must buy!

Hi, I just bought a 2023 Supra and the first thing i did was Get a bimmerCode app and disable the start/stop mode and also get the wind buffeting. so far i just got almost 500 miles on the dash. enjoy your Supra it's a amazing car. By the way That Yellow is fire.🔥🔥

When my 21 Supra Premier got an oil leaked (6, 500 miles), bring it in to the Toyota dealer to check. The dealer has 2 technicians that are qualified to works onthe Supra, and thanks God there are only 4 M5 Supra that are in my town, it tooks them the whole day to check on the leak.
There is no oil leaked they told and returned my car. have to bring the car back the next day cause I can she the oil leaked on my drive way and under the car.
So they keep it for a month and 300 miles on the car (claiming they have to drive around 60 miles in order to see the leak), no loaner car so I have to asked for one. After one month they said the car is done after replace all the valse and head gaskets, and they has to call Toyota engineers from the headquart for advices.
Got the car back and it's so dirty, on the way home the engine oil warning light comes on cause the oil is low.
Parked the car and I can see the oil dripping on the drive way. have to put oil in and bring it back again the next day.
Anyway sorry for going too long, it's turn out that when they replaced tyhe oil cooler unit the tech didn'tsit it properly so there it a small gap on the oil cooler unit they they're failed to see it.
Talk about incompertance service tech, I have to asked them to wash my car before I pick it up, took it home the next day and founded a large scracthn the back of the car.
Called Toyota to complained and they denied it and have picture of the scratch (their procedure is to tooks pictue before service) and claim that it must me who scratch the car. Sorrty for ventin but I just don't trust the toyota techs and they customer service.

girl dont believe the toyota dealership about supra certified mechanics bunch of bs and make them feel better i have 2021 and im a mechanic but since i had a free oil change from them im like let me get that done from them they told me a certified mechanic has to do it and it i took them a whole day to do it i did it the other day it took 30 mins same with brake pads same with rotors
