We had 3 big maple trees in the yard (1950-75) and my dad used to tap them for sap. It takes 40 gallons of sap to make 1G of syrup. One year some crust formed on top of the simmering sap and it blew the lid off. The mess got the ceiling, cabinets, everything.
After that he still made syrup - but was exiled to the garage!

I'm a big fan of yours Adam. Your imagination, talent and humor are magical! Although, some of your construction videos need more reactions from you. The way you freak out when something like a crane collapses and its lead falls onto something dangerous or destructive, you do that "Whoa! Holy Crap!", movement that's so very funny or when you reach forward like you're trying to save people from their own stupidity, is hilarious! But there were times that were perfect for those reactions and you didn't really react and you totally missed the boat for the humor quality.
I've seen other people do those look up, down, side to side, seeing an incident everywhere they look. But they can't match your comedic talent.
I've gone to your channels quite often looking for new and old content. You've become one of my top 5 favorite You Tubers. Tell your wife that I said to let you use her car! She desperately needs a shave! Send her on a spa day! Quickly!

Ha haha. Tip: always put the lid on the blender when making pesto. Including the little hole in the middle. There are still green oily spots on the kitchen ceiling. 😅
