The party that happens in madness combat where the building falls from the sky is actually the party the boombox grunt was telling hank about, in madness combat he missed the party which is why he saw it.

Hank most likely has a fear of clowns which is why tricky, portrayed as his rival is constantly chasing him and can never be gotten rid of.

So, the twist is: in MC 1 The man hit too hard Hank so he went unconcious and had a dream of all the Madness Combat series, then this happened

I could see this as becoming a sort of fan au, where he's a normal person, but has post traumatic stress disorder of sorts do to what he seen, and life glitches into what was in his dream of sorts, and maybe the auditor, tricky, the agents, would still be a thing, considering how early they were, maybe a week, so they couldn't have formed, and sense the sheriff had the drive, he could be in with the agents, who could be evil, and what about tricky..?
