Wild Betta Imbellis Pair | Breeding Tank Inspired by NATURE

This is my captive-bred wild BETTA IMBELLIS pair from Franks Bettas. They live in a 4-gallon Aquatop rimless tank that is blackwater. They are quickly becoming one of my favorite betta fish!

I really would love some of your betta girls! I started with a very small 5 gallon tank with four small females. They have been living with no problems for 6 months now. But I really want to take care of them the best I can. I found a 15 gallon extra tall tank yesterday and I'm going to try my hand at aquascaping and hopefully be able to introduce a few more girls. My favorite betta is Betta rubra but imbellis is my 2nd favorite

I have a group of betta imbellis. I thought I had one male and four females, but I haven't had a bubble nest. They are in a 20 long black water tank. I wonder if moving the one that I believe is male in a smaller black water tank and adding just one of the females would work. What do you think? Now that the weather is warming up, I think I will try ordering from Franks Betta. Do you have a good transhipper that you are willing to share with me? Frank sent me a long list of people. I've got to pick one and I have no idea who is good and who isn't. Best wishes for a successful spawn. Your bettas are beautiful!
