This video is all over the place. It's a one bedroom about two. Put your TV right there so this window of this wall. Large small porch. It's like a cute little studio. Might want to go back and do some corrections it probably put a ballpark price.

If you can't be honest about the price, something tells me it is way way too expensive for a one-bedroom single wide, because if it wasn't you would tell the price. If it costs anything over $50, 000 it's overpriced.
