A) Restaurant side:
1. Adequate number of working people in restaurant.
2. Capability of staff (chef & food packaging related staff).
3. Availablity of raw materials in restaurant in any time.
4. Item not available in restaurant (that situation, restaurant not care about this, restaurant take the action via delivery boy) / ( delivery boy call to customer and change the food items).

B) Common reasons:
1. Peak time & non-peak time.
2. Availablity of delivery boys.
3. Distance between restaurant & delivery location.
4. Customer mentioned accurate address.
5. Road conditions.
6. Traffic.
7. Delivery vehicle & vehicle condition.
8. Delivery boy's bike riding capability.
9. Known & unknown delivery location to delivery boy.
10. Google map support. (Sometimes it guide to wrong location).
11. etc.,
(Restaurant is more responsible for food fast delivery & slow delivery.)
