I believe it’s time to move the existing personnel to other departments, retire, etc., and have new personnel in place to assume new leadership responsibilities.
Let’s move on from this, and start making things happen for the betterment of society.

the staffing crisis is real. correctional officers tell inmates no breaks from 24 hour detention because no staff available. they lock inmates up for weeks at a time with no showers or cleaning of the cell.
