At first I thought it was an intentional choice from THR to hold the round table with all female producers. But seeing each film they represent I don't know if it was. Anora, Dune Part Two, Challengers, Conclave, Gladiator II, and Sing Sing are some of the biggest, most critically acclaimed, and successful films of the year, not to mention strong awards contenders. This is so cool to see.

Unsure if THR intentionally chose producers that are all womxn or if there are just so many more womxn executive producing films, but either way, this is exciting to see!

I still feel like A24 bungled the release of Sing Sing, but I am happy the financikng structure did result in some backend for everyone involved. And I do hope more productions consider duplicating its financing model.

Love this series especially hearing some inside stories about challenges they experience making films. Angelina Jolie and Nicole Kidman better be in the Actress Roundtable!

Very insightful information for any producer, filmmaker, writer, actor or creative in the film industry. Lots to learn from them. Female empowerment indeed!

Dissapointing to see Amy Pascal on this panel and I feel so sorry for the people who have been exposed to her racism before and exposed again by this channel.

How unprofessional of Amy Pascal to show up, tweaking. She's definitley on something.

Tessa Ross is a great addition to the roundtable, but we need more European voices on the Roundtable. Half of the roundtable needs to be European

If a group of male directors laughed hard at a joke about a male producer applying fake breasts to a female actress, asking them to jump up and down, taking photos of them, and showing those photos to other staff members, people would cancel them overnight. I'm actually okay with this humor (it's a funny story), but I think the same standards should be applied across the board.

Is there an equivalent roundtable with all male producers as well? Why not mixed one?

Most producers are men and yet they choice only female producers acting as if it was nothing. This is called sexism and its ugly.
