I can't find the 'Effects Control Panel' anywhere on my PR, even after clicking/selecting the video clip. I've just begun PR so maybe I have to enable it first somewhere?

Very helpful. Can I change the colour of the black background so that it makes a better contrast. Kindly advise Sir. I tried with Color Matte but it makes the video clips transparent as well.
