Bhutan is inspiration to entire world for prioritizing happiness index rather than GDP and being the only Carbon negative country (Bhutans natural environment consumes [eg: trees taking in] more carbon dioxide than the entire country generates). I hope India too adopts Happiness Index as per our Ardha Shastras rather than Fiat Currency (which is'nt even real currency anymore since Nixon shock) as per Western economy.
