This is my reconstruction of The Beatles jamming with I've Got A Feeling, Help, and Please Please Me during Get back rehearsals on January 23rd 1969. I've combined footage from the Get Back documentary, as well as footage from other promotional videos as well as a raw (uncut) black & white source. I have also added split-screen multi cams where I was able to. Enjoy, there should be more to come :)

When I see these scenes and others like it from these sessions it’s virtually impossible to believe that there was so much negative feelings around them. They loved each other like family. They were just tired of being Beatles, especially after Allan Klein ripped them off.

Love Billy playing You've Got To Hide Your Love Away with Paul joining in

Makes me wonder how their older songs would have sounded live if they reunited or remained as a live act.
It's hard to imagine combining songs like Revolution, Hey Jude or Blue Jay Way with She Loves You, I Want To Hold Your Hand or Love Me Do on a setlist performed by the same band.

John deconstructing early Beatles hits and singing in a robot voice is one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

awesome. It's cool to see the second angle, you see details like George Laughing. It's like when we got the commonwealth second angle and saw finally Paul laughing after John says Yes for the first time.

0:43 ... Just seeing the missing millisecond footage is great (you know what I mean Adambound?). Again great editing!

While I get they were only messing around, it is a shame that they never did the proper concert/tour in 1969.
It would have been great to hear the 'rooftop' songs in a proper venue mixed in with some of their 'oldies'...
I doubt they would have even thought about 'Love Me Do' or 'From Me To You' for a 1969 set list, but 'Pease Please Me' would have worked, so would 'Help', 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps', 'Hey Jude', 'Yesterday', 'If I Needed Someone' and 'In My Life' all could have sounded great in a Beatles 1969 show.
