I love how much Ian has developed throughout the series
At the beginning, he didn’t even know how to boil an egg
And now over the course of some seasons, he’s actually a pretty good chef

The reason why the air fryed wings came out powdery is because you didn’t spray the wings with oil before you air fryed them (don’t use Pam! Use a refillable oil mister with light olive oil or canola oil). Makes a world of difference (air frying doesn’t mean “no oil”, rather, “significantly less oil”)
