How to Remove extra operating system from computer

You can remove second Os without formatting Drive C

Guys just do this :
1-go to the start
2-type msconfig
3-open system configuration
4-Chose boot
5-then delete OS that you don't need.

help me plz. My option was also taken away!
I had 2 windows 7 options first where I had already cleared a drive of one of the os... Then i did what you said, and now whenever I boot, My computer directly tries to open the os with cleared drive and without the options that used to come before, my 2nd os does not open! What to do... Help!
