I think the final boss firing off the undodgeable attacks earlier than the bar was just network de-sync.

Fun fact: you guys were really close to enrage on the final boss. The reason that last unavoidable attack was so fast was because it's the first of a sequence of 3 of them back to back as a soft enrage, followed by her final hard enrage. Afaik it's the only boss with an enrage timer on normal mode.

By the way, backstabs for animal characters count no matter where you are. You don't have to get behind them on animal form (This comment is for halfway in the video, so ignore me if you discover this later on).

Words cannot express how much I love this game, tested the demo with some friends a few days ago, instantly bought it. I'll never forget the feeling when we beat the dragon for the first time.
Update: now after a lot of soul crushing attempts, we finally beat It on hard, my heart feels like its about to Explode, I don't care, in my heart this Is the GOTY

That first store you probably misread what the secondary gem got you. It makes it so you don't have to worry about enemy movement for your circle. You drop an entity that effectively hits the entire screen. Its a huge benefit for Druid.

My first successful run in this was actually with Druid Rabbit. I think a big help for it was the Garnet Secondary upgrade you passed over in the first shop.
