I had used miui .eu 12.5.5 since the day it released till yesterday I updated to 12.5.7 . I never faced any issues. So please don't create havoc by saying flash it on your responsibility etc etc.

The clear speaker feature isn't new, it's present since MIUI 12.0.4 version.

Im on 12.5.5 rn and i think there is a little stuttering and also when i play games like cod, there is now frame drops. I hope they will fix this in their next update.

It is the "Enhanced edition". Atleast in name anyways. You can only see it after updating the updater app.
