I am glad you are uploading videos often again! I've been watching since I was in nursing school. Now as a new nurse I still love all your videos. I think there are enough nurses graduating, at least in my area, but I have yet to meet a new grad that does not hate the working conditions. Most nurses I talk to are looking for a way out of nursing sooner rather than later. Not many experienced nurses and most are tired of bedside.

Unionization is the way to go. Corporate health care is about the money, not the people. They aren't going to raise wages out of the kindness of their hearts. I think we need to use our power to make healthcare better and our wages keep up with inflation- unionize.
