I always remember when Lampard joined us he used to take shots and miss so many but by third season he just became a goal machine. I'm sure Mount is on a same trajectory.

Enjoyed this game to be fair and considering it was our first game after some time and the fact that Club America are already 3 games into their season I must say that I’m satisfied with what I saw. Gallagher looked good, saw him pressing at times and winning the ball back and also played some nice through balls, Kenedy also looked good, Chalobah looked comfortable in the back and also did well for me and happy to see Chilly back in the squad. Despite all this as Tuchel said the most important and pleasing thing was that no one got injured or seriously hurt.

Honestly feel Mason can eventually hit Lampards number of goals a season, Mount's arguably the best and most clinical finisher in our team. Inside and outside the box!

Ethan Ampadu deserves a special mention, his versatility can be a key factor for us as he can play in different positions, at cb he was solid and played some excellent vertical passes rather than sideways and back, hopefully keeps impressing
