Just had a silverado brought to my shop with this set up. 2022 with 68k miles, oil life 0% 2 quarts low, no sticker. She couldn't recall her last oil change or had any receipts. Cam was seized up and could not adjust. Ran rough at times mainly under heavier acceleration, MIL illuminated. Torn down and actually managed to un stick it soaking in acetone. Advised replacement but she was on a tighter budget. She's been ok for about a month now, I advised her to do more frequent oil changes or sell that junk of a truck.
