Drone Columbia, Missouri | University of Missouri

Aerial Drone flying over Columbia, Missouri shows you some of the views that I enjoyed in this city to include University of Missouri. It took time to find a spot that showed the most and I thought this spot was great. A young lady walked up while I was filming so I had to say hi :)

You can also see my beginning drone videos looking at 2016 dates when I filmed in safe nature areas. I practiced how to crash safely, how to fly with three propellers and how to ground the drone and drive to it. I practiced in snow, rain and extreme cold to make sure I understood the drones limitations before I went to the big cities. I handle a drone like I do a gun and I truly hope others do the same.

I am from Malaysia (a country in South East Asia). I was a student in Mizzou between 91 to 94. Already 25 years now. Really miss Columbia. If not of the pandemic, I intend to have another trip to US and Mizzou.

I’ve never seen my hometown from this angle! Awesome! It would be prettier to see it with all the trees leafed out but it wouldn’t be as clear of a view. Thanks so much for filming this and sharing!

I love how you included a shot of the Mizzou campus. When I was on the way home from St. Louis, I stopped in Columbia and walked around that area where City Hall is. I went into Rally House there.

I love this, but can you do this again when the trees are leafed out? I think of Columbia as being greener.

I read a lot of the people's comments and I'm sorry. !! I did find beauty and a lot of it. People are always going to find bad and things that they see everyday but not what they don't see the beauty from around beauty that they can't see when they don't observe what others see.. like the trees that might not have leaves on him yet but you are taking the picture you see the sun rays coming through the clouds shining on the river or The buildings and architecture around and the garden set around it. It doesn't always have to be about what's there at the moment it's what could be.
