Me being old and slow = I set it to middle of the recommended settings and never touch them again.

Jordi is such a smart ass. Really doesn't extract the best out of the riders from what I've seen. If Jordi knew what he was talking about he would encourage the riders and give them the language to describe what they are feeling. Without data, feelings and a clock are all they have to setup a bike. I think Loris should talk to his mate Loic about what professional suspension engineering support looks like.

Very interesting discussions, keep it coming! Loris receives too much kick from the damper on small stuff, positions him forward much, wants to slow down rebound to avoid it. BSR was already slowed down with the firmer spring, Jordi feels it’s wrong to go further (traction suffers). Lighter Spring bottoms Loris out. Now Jordi recommends more HSC (in the back to firm, avoid too much use of travel probably, and in the front to avoid diving too which gives the forward feel). This also explains why HSC dials always make sense.

I think Loris could fair well from the placebo effect - If he believes suspension changes have happened he will perform.
I also think Jordi could do exactly what Loris asks and let the Pro rider decide what makes a bike go fast.
