Man this video made me feel soooo nostalgic, I miss all those clamshell anchor bay vhs titles I used to have, and these days I regret selling all my anchor bay DVDs... Great stuff Aaron!

Watched in one sitting-great stuff! Over here in the uk anchor bay did different releases to u.s/Canada with very different extras.The stand outs were Suspiria (which had a fantastic Argento doc) and Hills have eyes which had a great documentary by the name of "the American nightmare" which was worth the price alone..

I made it all the great stuff ! I have a lot of the one's you showed. I think One Dark Night is a 2-disc Anchor Bay release with Meg Tilly. I went to the theater to see that back in 1983 i believe. I think Road Games is Anchor Bay as well. I know i have a bunch including all the horror tins they put out in the early 2000's. I finally got the Let Sleeping Corpses Lie tin which was the horror one i was missing earlier this year (the rest i got new upon initial release). Non-horror i believe Mischief was released by Anchor Bay...i really love that movie.
Funny thing you mentioning cutting out the movie ads from the newspapers. I did the same thing as a kid. I think that started my love of collecting movie posters. I found most of the stuff i cut out in my parents attic back in the summer. One i cut out i always remembered and finally found a poster for a few years back was Piranha II: The Spawning. It's the poster version showing the lower part of a girl in the water surrounded by the piranha (and should have been the dvd cover). Wasn't that an Anchor Bay release ?

Really awesome collection dude I ordered I recently ordered The Stepford Wives is one that I've always wanted but never got around getting it after in my youth and just remembering the being just totally strange . Dawn of the Dead I have that edition aswell. Its properly one of the best edition of a film out there. Another good Anchor Bay release which I have and its well worth getting is The Amicus Box Set. Its really nice dude.
