Beautiful mausoleum and columbarium. I like those old style name plates. That one large niche with all those names, had to have cremation urns ⚱️ Great walking tour, thank you very much Tony.
Have a great day. 😊

Hi Tony! Another great video!

That open niche is as nice inside as it is on the outside! Nice that it isn't just a concrete box, but it has a nice stone finish as well!

I love the entire place, but the columbarium is very nice! But I am a sucker for copper, brass and glass, it reminds me of trophy cases!

I didn't see electrical plugins for air freshners. It doesn't look like many people visit leaving flowers. I watched the PBS Frontline video called "The Undertaking" last week again. In it the funeral director I believe mentions over time no one visits graves anymore. Friends and relatives have passed away also. I'd like to get a copy of the book "The Undertaking: Life Studies from the Dismal Trade" by Thomas Lynch and read it. He mentions how family members argue what the deceased should wear. His answer, dead people don't care. Quite true I suppose. There is a tear jerker story in the PBS/Frontline video about a couple with a baby with a terminal illness.

Mausoleums are your specialty Tony. Great job.

If my urn were in a columbarium, the included nick-nacks would be a BMW key, an empty can of Schlitz beer, a telegraph key ( I am a radio amateur operator, and deceased hams are called "Silent Keys"), a bag of M&Ms, and a Swiss Army Knife.

This mausoleum has beautiful views outside it's windows! The trees and bushes.

I seem to find the columbarium more interesting. Seems more interactive. Good content.

It’s sad that there are so many crypts with no flowers.
