Basic Gluten Free Pizza Dough Recipe

INGREDIENTS
3 cups (420 g) all purpose gluten free flour (I used Better Batter), plus more for sprinkling

2 1/4 teaspoons xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)

1 tablespoon (9 g) instant yeast (or 1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast)

1 1/2 teaspoons (6 g) granulated sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons (9 g) kosher salt

1 1/8 cups (9 ounces) warm water (about 95°F)

1/4 cup +2 tablespoons (65 g) extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for brushing)

I think everyone would like to know the brand of gluten free flour that you used. I’ve tried a coupe of the very few gluten free flours available in Canada and none of them perform in the way shown in the video.

Have you ever tried making the dough with Bob's Red Mill 1:1 Baking Flour? I made my pizza on Saturday and it came out too "doughy". the outer part seemed cooked and the inner part was gooey. :(

Ok it did not look like that no bubbles and it fell apart easily so I used more oil and then it baked doughy 😢
