Personally i think this is one of the worst sounding straight pipe systems for the 458, I think the stock 458 sounded better before the upgrade.

Paul, just a heads up. You might want to change your car's color before your exhaust turns it from white to yellow due to the lack of catalytic converters. Check Matt Moreman's from obsessed garage white 991.2 gt3 (and or gt3 rs. I don't quite remember for sure). He removed his cats and it turned the areas near the exhaust from white to coffee stained looking yellow really quickly. As for the sound of the exhaust, 1 of two things are happening. 1. The tone isn't being correctly recorded by your mic and reproduced by my home theater speakers and or my headphones. Or 2. It doesn't sound as good or as high pitched (F1 inspired as I initially expected. But then again it's a v8. But I've also heard Ferrari's with tones that are not only closer to the F1 sound but sounds that pleased my ears far more.)

One of those rare cars where the exhaust was perfect from factory. It's not all about 'how loud' but 'best tone'. Anyone can shout out a song but only a few can sing it.

I just put a gold titanium ipe on mine.. I didn’t change headers though. I may explore this and call these guys a call

Dude that sounds absolutely incredible!! It's awesome that you actually drive about in your supercars and that you're not a "fairweather" driver that keeps them locked away never to see daylight, it means us normal folk get to admire and dream about them hahaha

Should have went with the S-line exhaust with those Fabspeed headers. I've heard that combo and it sounds amazing.
