The first one uses a roadbike wich is more harder than a fixed gear

Notice how "the god" uses fixed gear which allows for easier bike control due to lack of free wheel, while "the noob" has standard free wheel road bike.

The trick to doing a good track stand... Toss your sense of balance out the window. Learn on a slight incline, point the front wheel to the left, put your center of mass (your body) slightly to the right... I learned how to do good track stands back in the late 70's, and yes, it's counter intuitive.... Think of it in the terms of a geometric equation... One vector (pointed slightly to the left), a 2nd vector of the mass of your body, and a 3rd or nothing... No forward force on the pedals, . This works for me.

“Track standing” on a road bike instead of a “track bike” is automatically god tier. (Coming from someone who rides strictly fixed gear)

Once I was mountain biking with my uncle in Moab (Utah) and a guy from California just started talking with us for like 15 minutes, and he remained in track stand for the entire time!

We didn't tell him but it was quite impressive at how easy it looked for him 😅

Doing a track stand on a fixed gear bike is WAY easier than on a freewheel.

Second one is fixed gear. First one is a freewheel so they have to use their weight to rock backwards to balance. Not the same thing at all
