Skirting a wool fleece...

Or should I say how NOT to skirt a fleece. But it works and im super happy to be getting the fall shearing wool ready to send out to the mill! ENJOY!

I'm so jealous of your fresh Romney fleece! I wish I had more time to spin, it's my favorite thing to do. <3 And I agree, I don't mind a little vm, and I LOVE it when the fleece I buy has the animals name on it. I just love that there's a personality and a story behind every fleece. I'm an indie dyer and dyeing and playing with roving is my joy. I love spinning art yarns the best.
