0:52 "especially when you werent expecting them" felt this one cuz mine is awfully irregular. I dont just go weeks in advance, i go months without them and heavy cramps and flow when i do and it sucks cuz the pain wouldnt be just where my uterus and cervix would but but also my back (lowe and upper somehow) my thighs, and my sides. It sucks even more when i get dizzy spells because of the pain and only hot water bottles can really help me w it. And its not like they last either...maybe 2 ½ hours max and then theyre lukewarm. The best part about this is im the type of person to prepare for everything and mentally stage the process and this isnt anything i can do that with so it messes up everything
