The whole concept is a false premise. There is no reason we need to restructure unions when they show they have effectively worked when allowed, so much to the point conservatives and conservatives who are mostly ok with weed and stuff but not at the expense of their most ardent conservative beliefs (libertarians) have waged a nonstop war for over 100 years to neuter them. Sounds like we just need to make harsher union busting regulation and a better labor board
