Number 8. Fresno Nightcrawler
The Fresno nightcrawler, sometimes known as the Fresno alien, is a cryptid that has thus far made two sightings, one in Fresno, California, and the other in Yosemite National Park, also in California. In both instances, it is only captured on video. It was in Fresno, California, that a man called Jose made the first recorded observation of a Fresno nightcrawler. Jose witnessed the Nightcrawlers on his front lawn using CCTV after being awakened by his dogs' barking. His brother was sleeping, so he roused him up to rewatch the footage. After that, his brother reported seeing little footsteps outdoors, but by the time investigators reached the scene, all evidence had been washed away. Original CCTV footage was lost after the initial sighting. The only surviving clip is a shaky monitor-recorded video. There are two creatures, one of which is incredibly small (less than 0.5 meters) and whose feet are clearly seen. In addition to what looks to be some type of webbing connecting the knees to the upper torso.
