My wife told me "Hottie you got some muscle", my Boss called me Beast, and when a coworker was talking about me to another guy at work he referred to me as "the guy with the big arms" so yeah, life is fucking good EDIT: While the appreciation both irl and in this comment flatters me beyond words, I have to clarify: Don't picture me as the next John Cena. I'm trying to be as honest as I can here. My perception of myself is still skinny in some specific areas. When I talk about my success with doing Bodybuilding so far, I talk about 2-3 months of almost ONLY lifting, eating and sleeping with several years of on-/off training before that. Only supplements I use are L-Arginin and occasionaly Creatine. People in my environment that know me personally, noticed my progress, and attention from strangers was obvious (getting looked at more frequently). People tend to be nicer and more interested aswell. But STILL it is and will be hard fucking work. There's a lot of things to do & not much time. If you want to succeed.. pls bro's be stubborn. Be hard to yourself. Tell your girl "no" I gotta get some reps in today, at least some. Tell yourself "no" I'm not going to sleep until I hit the claves one more time. And please, please get some rest days in Brothers. Do nothing. Go to sleep early. Eat chicken with rice. Eat some apples & bananas. Love you

Ran into my ex gf’s friend today, he said he didn’t recognize me and said I was getting buff. He asked what I’ve been doing. The best I’ve felt in years.

Edit: to clarify, the friend is a gay male. He is friends with my ex gf. It blew my mind because I didn’t expect him to react this way even if I did make huge changes.

Last night i went to a party with some classmates and got the cute girl, and as we talked she said "when u showed up in the first day i said 'I didn't knew that there were hot guys in the vet classes'". I'm hyped till now cuz I remembered the skinny dude i was and the 5 years grind
