I fucking love this dude, makes me feel like I'm in high school again. The targeted name calling mid lesson is my favorite cuz that used to always be me.

"so what were going to do here ALEX is take the radius..."

Your class lectures are helping me to learn material and teach my sons here in New Jersey. Do you have a patreon account or post office box where I can mail you a gift card? I'm very grateful for what you are doing.

Couldnt you have, once you found center (h, k), just picked one of the two points on the circle and use that x and y and plug it right into the standard form equation of a circle and solve for r?

For example, using the point (7, 6):
r^2 = (7-3)^2 + (6-(-1))^2
r^2= 16 + 49
r^2= 65
r= 65^1/2
So then r would equal the square root of 65.

What if the end points are given and an equation of the line? What formula do you use?

What if the given endpoints are fractions? (9/2, 4) (-3/2, -2)?

He found the distance at the end, not the radius. r is half of square root of 65.

What if there's three given endpoints?

Is it always should be square root of 65?
