not bad, for a 30 yr old fan!
I'm currently renovating the same model found in horrible shape in the garbage, could barely move the blades at all by hand. Couple squirts Slick50 Teflon One Lube (awesome stuff), now spins completely freely, silently, looks quite sturdily built, tons of airflow...
Now just fixing a few huge plastic cracks/breaks (cotton balls+ superglue= INSTANT rocksolid repair, FAR stronger/stickier than the glue alone, amazing trick!). >;]
