I've started quill volley and i noticed that those feathers after evade is dealing like 5 time more damage than any of my skills, so yeah, it's very strong.

I have a poor man’s version of this where I use any boots that has “attacks reduce evade cooldowns by 1s” this while holding shift to force an attack between evades gives you almost permanent up time on evade you just move slower that with the unique weapon.

It’s a good stepping stone while I power up.

I stumbled upon this while leveling, and kept going. Eventually I saw it being probably as strong as the other eagle build, but didnt have time to try around. Glad to see I was correct

was running this build without the staff as I had horrible luck. It was ok, with the evasion cooldown boots. Decent. Then I finally got the staff. Just a 750 power version.

I just stumbled on this type of build while leveling. Found the aspect that drops stormfeathers on evade and was already using eagle as first spirit hall because I noticed the evade storm feathers do a ton of damage. Evading and using razor wing together for extra damage after evade has been really fun, plus quill volley too. Can’t wait to find the unique staff to unlock the build even more.

Eagle has some really fun skills and build ideas in it. I want to make a razor wing hammerdin somehow haha

Spiritborn is the reason people wont really get to check the progression system that Blizzars actually made. It's way way way way to strong compared to other classes and cruising from 1-4 is very easy also it trivializez all the content. I've re-rolled to sorc and it's actually really fun to progress from T1-T4 farm gear, beat the bosses and etc.

This build is crazy strong. I went from torment 1 to 3 straight with 750 level gear. Only issue is that I play on console and spamming evade is going to give me carpal tunnel.

what I don't understand is why they aren't taking accellerated behind brilliance? 30%x damage multiplier and +3 evades while using rakanoths making it WAY smoother to play.

I have been running this too and was wondering when the build guides would come as it is the strongest build I’ve ever played. got the staff from a unique offering in kurast under city fyi for anyone chasing it. I think actually the eagle ultimate for boss damage is worth a look as it can keep vulnerable up longer

Actually been using this while leveling up with out the staff. Just have a pair of boots that give evade charges plus the passive that gives you charges. Hold shift plus thunderstroke while also spamming evade. Not as fast as this but still insane for leveling up

How do you deal with field hazard? I couldn’t defeat torment4 Grigoire and Andariel, dodging attacks while spamming evade is too hard…
Is it possible to just face tank them at higher paragon/masterwork levels? I alr got almost every affix right.

This is a great build. Flying through helltides on T-3 and getting all the chests and resources. I'd build this just to get as many resources as you can before they nerf it.

Consider slapping aspect Falling Feathers on one ring for visual effect (dmg not high) when evade from Storms Feathers. Can't wait to get the Sepazontec Unique to test this build fully! TY Wudoji!

Btw, just add ravager to your missing skill slot. There is no reason not to use it here and only several reason to do so

Keyboards with rapid trigger should just be able to span whichever key is assigned
