I have Crohn's Disease so I can only eat certain things. Rice for instance is one of the only things I can eat... Do you have any ideas of what I can eat with having a fatty liver and Crohn's Disease?? Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I love your videos, it's inspiring.My hand had a huge lump, when I saw the video about castor oil, I started using it for one night, I put on tissue paper use clear tape, so that it would not run, I I warm up the oil add two drops of the castor oil and place it on my wrist, wrapping it with the tissue paper securing it in place.when I got up the next day, I took off the tissue, I was surprised, the lump had shrink to a pesize lump, Castor oil is effective friends, there's no way around it.Dr, O'Neil I thank !!!

6.9 mmol/L(4.0) high
Triglyceride 1.1 mol/L (1.7)
HDL. 2.0 lmmol/L (0.98)

Cholesterol total HDL 3.4

Man needs energy to live and man gets this energy from food. But people need to get the right amount of healthy energy, not all kinds of food.

Because there is life in the blood, people get sick when they slaughter animals and eat dead animals, but when people eat living things like vegetables, fruits, and grains they are not exposed to many diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease and cholesterol."

Human beings must do these things to be healthy.

1) eating foods that were created before the fall;
2) Move and walk
3) Work 6 days a week, rest and stop eating one day a week.
If people can do this, they will be completely healthy.

Let's not look at the details.
1) eat the foods that were created before the fall is to gain life.

These are A ) vegetables B ) fruits and grains " Genesis:1-31 "
C ) fish species' " Genesis 1:21 "

The Bible says that there is life in the blood. This means that when we use animals for food, the food we eat is not living but dead, since we eat them after slaughtering them. So those who eat dead food are dying, but those who eat living food will live on this earth for more than a hundred years.
Therefore, to live a long life, it is important to eat living foods, and it is important to eat nutritious vegetables, fruits, grains and hens and fish. Another thing that should be seen along with this is when God creates man.
Man was not created to be like a lion, a tiger or a dog to shed the blood of animals and eat their flesh.
Human teeth were not created for eating meat, but for eating vegetables, hens and fish and for beauty. During the Lord's earthly life, Jesus and his disciples ate fish, but nowhere in the New Testament does it say that Jesus and his disciples ate animal flesh.

2) Exercise is very important to stay healthy on this earth because we live in a time zone. If we have movement or in the gym (gym), walking, that is the best, since man we are living things, if we sit when time passes, we are not movement of life and time. Our heart and other organs work properly in time movement. That's why

3) We have to fast one day and night for 24 hours in a week. Fasting is the best medicine to prevent all genetic diseases like heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol etc. Fasting is more than health, it is a great power for our spiritual life. Because when we start fasting, we give up earthly food and start eating or gaining heavenly energy.

Why do we need to fast?

This universe is governed by divine and natural law.
Looking at the history of creation, God created this universe for 6 days and rested for one day. Because we humans are made in the image of the Creator, we must work 6 days and rest one day. But we don't just rest our bodies, our stomachs also need to rest by abstaining from food. In order for our digestive system to work properly, the stomach should have a rest day a week because if we eat 7 days a week, the food will accumulate in our stomach and fat will start to accumulate in our stomach. It brings problems. So the solution to all this is to live in a system or discipleship following the Creator's order or natural law.
