This will make your PC slightly faster if it's extremely old, but if your PC was made after 2010, this probably won't do much to help.

a more accurate speed increase is 2%, not 200%.
minimizing animations will not do much because they only happen between slow parts, it will instead make the os feel more janky to work with.

Total clickbait. You need to be running some sort of Windows XP era wormbox for these settings to make anything but marginal difference in your system's performance. In which case you should NOT be using a bloated spyware OS like Wee11 in the first place, but a Linux distro of some kind.

This would barely do anything and I'm being generous. "200% Faster" maybe if your PC is ancient and at that point, minimizing the visual effects is the least of your worries.
