The Entrepreneurship, Energy, Empowerment for Women (3E4Women) Project is implemented by UNDP, UN Women, and WFP in to focus on enhancing the capacity of women entrepreneurs engaged in food-related businesses in Timor-Leste as a response to the inflation and rise of energy prices and business operations cost due to the war.
