‘Jeopardy James’ to face rival again l GMA

James Holzhauer will again face competitor Emma Boettcher, who ended his long winning streak, in the “Jeopardy!” Tournament of Champions.

It's very interesting that she is participating in the tournaments of champions even though she was defeated after only three games. It it does seem slightly suspect. Like it couldn't be more captivating that James should face the person who beat him, and inevitably the viewership would be that much bigger.

But, people said that James threw the game to Emma to spend more time with his daughter, instead of her winning legitimately. I guess she got "lucky" to make it back to the finals to face him again. Clearly she's good, and had the reflexes, and balls to make the Daily Double a true daily double, that's why she won.

The only reason Emma won is she got both of the daily doubles in the second round and bet big. He got one daily double on his first answer so only got $1000, but she got both of them in the second round, and bet it all both times. He had no chance.

He quit, she didn't win. He missed questions that I could easily answer. I guess he got the time off that he wanted.
