When silverstream gets more characterization in 2 minutes than most she-cats get in 6 books:

I mean Silverstream is canonically spoiled and entitled as heck. Like it makes her an interesting character but- she legit thought she was untouchable from consequences with her relationship with Graystripe because “my daddy is leader, so his warriors listen to me.” I would not put it past her to whap a child.

I also notice a trend with Riverclan collectively spoiling any kit that looses their mother.

Honestly, I like mean/sassy Silverstream. Not in terms of like “Her spitting in your face is just her way of being a good cat uwu”, but I think it makes her more interesting and consistent with how she was when she was alive. We see her as the nice, gentle queen in StarClan, but when she was alive, from Fire and Ice to the manga at the end of Crookedstar’s Promise, she was spoiled and bratty, with the mindset “I’m the leader’s daughter, I’m basically the princess and can do what I want >:3”. It makes sense to see more of that side. More interesting than just “nice, gentle queen we’ve seen 1000 times”

I remember when Fireheart tried to talk to Silverstream into giving up on Greystripe in...Fire and Ice?...but she was like "No, I won't give up on Greystripe. It's none of your business. My dad is Clan leader and I don't have to worry about that." And also in Forest of Secrets when Fireheart is told that Silverstream is expecting kits and Fireheart tells Greystripe that he'd never be able to be with his kits or let them know who he is and Silverstream is like "it doesn't matter if no one else knows. I'll know and that's all that matters" completely overlooking everything else!!!
