I feel rap has been on the decline for the last 5-7 years too saturated other genres like alt pop and rock art starting to make a resurgence and will take over the charts again…rap will not be the dominant genre of music in the next 5-10 years, but it will be back on top no doubt about it…everything got its rough patches…every 10-15 years or so there’s an artist that defines not only the whole genre, but all music, like a Tupac or a Lil Wayne

I feel since rap supposed to be so influential that should be sending out better messages. The raunchy sex talk and acts, the violence she cease. Bring back some positive messages and loving sexual relationships. The mess that’s out there now is mostly garbage and confessions to all kinds of nonsense !
