Outdoor Vitals WARNING Review.

Sorry it took so long to get this done. But I really don't like to give negative reviews. And didn't do the greatest job on this video. My heart just wasn't into it . But the just is poor quality and costumer service. Down leaks out of all the seams and zero degree sleeping bag only good to 30 degrees. God bless and SMILE my friend's! I can see that there may have been an issue with the bag, and understand you being disappointed. But if they offer to replace it, they are standing by their product, not much more they can do.

I hate that you are not happy with you Outdoor Vital product, I have the 15 degree Aire and the hammock system, I have used this setup as a pod for several years now and have not had any issues. I guess there are warmer bags if you can spend 4 to 500 dollars or more but I got just what I paid for and am very pleased. I noticed they just came out with pants and a wool top and bottom, I plan to purchase these too, so far I have experienced a very good product for the money spent. I would have recommended that you let the company replace your bag, I just feel like this is not the norm.

Ship it to me. Would love to have it. I will even pay shipping

I would of sent it back when I got home and let them send me another and see how it does. Sounds like something or someone at outdoor vitals really pissed you off!

Honestly this is the only negative review I've seen of this brand. And I'm wondering why you took it on your "tour" if it's been leaking at the seams since you got the bag? Sounds kind of suspect to me.

There’s no such thing as compressing a bag too quickly. I’m sorry you had to deal with that.

You’d think a person relying on God and donations from go fund me account would be forgiving and give outdoor vitals a second chance. They offered him a new one and that’s good customer service to me.
